Service Policy

Payment

Full payment is required upfront before any work is started. Once the payment is confirmed we will be going sending samples for approval. If a refund is requested before first samples are sent, 25% of the payment will be key to cover design costs.

After first samples are sent, the project has officially started and it is not refundable. We can however reschedule projects to a later date.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for necessary communications such as approval of designs in order to complete the project. Client is also responsible for providing accurate style guides and resources when needed.

Turnaround Time

The standard time it takes to complete projects is 5 -15 business days. A larger scope of work requires more time so please plan accordingly to avoided an conflicts.

Files Recieved

The client is only entitled to use materials created or curated by Iliili Design Studio that have been payed for. This only includes final approved versions of files or deliverables. This purchased files does not include materials that have been disapproved, redone or older versions of concepts and files that did not make it to final approval by the client. A detailed list is provided to the client on what deliverables they will receive for commercial use at the end of the project.

Copyrighted Material

Clients are provided with brand and style guides when needed. It is the clients responsibility to attain appropriate/required memberships to refrain from any penalties regarding copyright of digital assets.
